A hotel, restaurants and loft apartments are featured in a proposed $170 million development in Warren, touted as the makings of a downtown business district in Michigan’s third-largest city. Mayor James Fouts is urging the City Council to green-light the project, declaring it will generate $250 million in new investment and create about 1,700 jobs.
