The Hill Top House in Harpers Ferry, W.Va., built in 1888 near where abolitionist John Brown raided a federal arsenal, will be revived as a luxury hotel under the supervision of JLL Hotels & Hospitality. The 100-key property, closed since 2008, will house a host of amenities including two ballrooms after a project projected to cost $150 million.
