Foxwoods Casino in Puerto Rico plans soft opening in fall

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation will unveil its first casino outside of the mainland US when it opens Foxwoods El San Juan Casino in Puerto Rico early next year, with a soft opening planned this fall. The tribe has renovated the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, with improvements that include nearly doubling the size of the casino floor and relaunching an entertainment venue.
