Staff unease seen signaling unhappy hotelier holidays

An analyst for major hotel chains warns in a new report that 38% of hospitality workers say they’re considering quitting within the coming two months. The trend, coupled with already low staffing globally, “hints at an incredibly challenging holiday season ahead as businesses attempt to navigate what is expected to be an enormous influx of travelers with far fewer resources,” according to messages platform provider Medallia Zingle.
