Ghost kitchen concept for hotels enjoys spirited run

The technology platform Butler Hospitality has whetted appetites among hoteliers by turning their kitchens into ghost facilities providing meals to restaurants. Founder and CEO Tim Gjonbalic says the fast-growing enterprise arose from the pandemic’s imperative of virtual service and the opportunity “to really build an ecosystem for hotels with the ability to get smarter around the guest journey and really leverage that technology.”
