5 bids detailed for first Chicago casino resort

The city of Chicago took another step toward establishing its first casino resort Friday by releasing summaries of five proposals from four companies with estimated costs of up to $2 billion. A city official said it would take three to four months for the mayoral administration and City Council to review the options and submit a final choice to the Illinois Gaming Board.
