Air Canada will increase its cargo capacity to Vancouver by 45% through Nov. 30 to help get relief supplies to the area, which has been hit with flooding. The airline is operating some passenger flights with larger aircraft and flying 13 extra all-cargo flights from Toronto, Calgary and Montreal.
