Xenia Hotels to exit Chicago market with hotel sale

Xenia Hotels & Resorts has reached a deal to sell the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Chicago in a $36 million deal with an undisclosed buyer. When the sale is complete, the REIT will have exited the Chicago market.
