Deflated prices continue in Twin Cities hotel trading

The DoubleTree Suites in downtown Minneapolis is the latest hotel in the Minnesota Twin Cities area to sell at a loss as the pandemic continues to take its toll on investment. The $29.75 million price is $9 million below the property’s acquisition cost of five years ago and follows even steeper discounts reflected in two other recent deals.
