Cherokee casinos in N.C. to remain smoke-free

A permanent smoking ban has been enacted at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, N.C., and Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino in Murphy, N.C., following the passage of an ordinance by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Tribal Council. The casinos have been smoke-free since the pandemic began.
