A4A data: Air traffic shows improvement

According to data from Airlines for America, passenger traffic statistics are showing improvement compared to the worst of the pandemic’s first wave, but business travel is still down. Colorado, Wyoming and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near Washington D.C., were the only locations to report an increase in flights between 2019 and 2022, while the number of scheduled flights decreased the most in Georgia, California and Pennsylvania.
