Host Hotels sells leasehold interest in W Hollywood

Host Hotels & Resorts has sold the leasehold interest in the W Hollywood in a $197 million deal. The buyers of the 305-room hotel are Oaktree Capital Management and Trinity Fund Advisors, which plan to reposition the property.
