Braemar Hotels buys boutique property in Puerto Rico

Braemar Hotels & Resorts is acquiring a 96-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel in Puerto Rico for $186.6 million — $1.9 million per room. “This unique property fits perfectly with our strategy of owning high revenue per available room luxury hotels and resorts and further diversifies our portfolio,” says CEO Richard Stockton.
