ATPCO Moving to Amazon Web Services Platform

ATPCO is migrating to the Amazon Web Services platform, which it said would enable quicker development of new airline pricing and shopping tools. ATPCO chief information officer John Murphy said AWS’ cloud environment will let the airline technology supplier “drive more innovation, reduce technical debt and free ourselves from the constraints of legacy systems and infrastructure.” The platform also will make it easier for ATPCO to expand its data footprint to the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia/Pacific regions, according to AWS managing director of travel and hospitality David Peller.
