Virgin Hotels San Francisco survival fight nears trial

Litigation over the closing of Virgin Hotels San Francisco after just over a year in business is scheduled to go to trial next month. The Miami-based company sued the property owner, Paradigm Hotels Group, for “wrongfully and prematurely” terminating the operating agreement for the hotel that held its gala opening in 2019.
