Okla. city, OSU pact preserves American Airlines route

The city of Stillwater, Okla., has approved a memorandum of understanding with Oklahoma State University that will provide the revenue guarantee needed to allow American Airlines to continue serving Stillwater Regional Airport. Airport Director Paul Priegel said the airline’s strong relationship with the city spurred it to seek a service agreement rather than discontinuing flights.
