Local art will welcome passengers to Delta’s N.Y. terminal

Local artists will create large-scale works to be displayed at New York’s LaGuardia Airport when the new Terminal C opens in the spring. Meanwhile, the airport has opened a second pedestrian skybridge as the renovations reach a new milestone.
