Derbyshire, England, could get new water park resort

A planning application has been lodged with Derbyshire County Council to redevelop the derelict Crich Quarry in Derbyshire, England, into the Amber Rock Resort. Plans for the facility include a two-story indoor water park, a heritage center, a sports complex, an indoor/outdoor climbing center, a 152-bed hotel, 210 holiday apartments and 128 straw-bale lodges.
