Report: Las Vegas tourism construction boom to continue

Las Vegas completed 12 tourism construction projects last year that added 5,179 hotel rooms and 670,000 square feet of convention space, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority expects to add 7,602 hotel rooms and 791,000 square feet of convention space in the area over the next few years. Major projects in the pipeline include the $1.9 billion MSG Sphere at The Venetian and the $850 million Majestic Las Vegas.
