Return trips: Heritage travel takes hold as world opens

A recent survey affirms that heritage travel — getaways that include explorations of one’s roots — is gaining favor among Americans as international destinations open post-pandemic. One in three of the 1,300 adults polled recently by Priceline said visiting places of their ancestry would be meaningful.
