Developers declare that the planned Conrad Austin and Conrad Residences Austin will be the tallest hotel-residential tower in the Texas capital at 65 stories and 750 feet. Intracorp Texas envisions a 330-room luxury hotel below 136 residences that will occupy floors 39 through 65.
