Behind the scenes of Delta’s flight attendant training

The Today Show was given a behind-the-scenes look at Delta Air Lines’ rigorous flight attendant training as the carrier ramps up hiring for spring and summer travel. “This is a people business,” said Jenni Ho, Delta’s vice president of in-flight operations. “And to really care about others, that comes across very naturally and organically. You can’t fake that.” The airline plans to hire 4,500 new flight attendants this year.
