Delta, oneworld make deals for sustainable fuel

The oneworld alliance, which includes American Airlines and Alaska Airlines, has committed to buying 200 million gallons of sustainable aviation fuel annually from renewable fuel producer Gevo for flights originating in California. Delta Air Lines separately announced its own partnership with Gevo, under which it will buy 75 million gallons of fuel annually for seven years, starting in 2026.
