Developer Martin Lind has applied for sales tax and lodging tax share-backs from the Loveland, Colo., city council to help cover the cost of infrastructure improvements that could pave the way for the new Rocky Mountain Grand Resort and Conference Center. Plans for the $300 million project include an 85,000-square-foot water park with cabanas, attractions and 11 slides, as well as a 69,000-square-foot conference center and a hotel with 390 rooms and suites.
