Lodz Airport Central Poland Cargo was chosen by Air France-KLM
Lodz Airport Central Poland CARGO department was chosen by AIR FRANCE – KLM as the first airport in the world – cargo handling agent – to implement an electronic system for handling named I-Cargo. This system allows eliminate the paper versions of the air freight bill, that is, the changes to E-AWB. The transition to an electronic system will create the possibility of tracking the shipment by customers at every stage of the journey.
In March, the employees of the Lodz Airport Central Poland CARGO were trained by the AIR FRANCE – KLM representatives and the system has been tested.
The next airport that will use the I-cargo system will be the Washington Dulles International Airport.
