Slashed price for Gregory highlights NYC hotel sale week

A foreclosure sale of the Gregory hotel in New York City’s Midtown South has yielded about half of the roughly $60 million real estate investment firm Meadow Partners spent to purchase and renovate it in 2014. The deal was one of 10 last week in the city that went for between $10 million and $40 million.
