A court has ruled against SL Green Realty’s refusal to sell its $120 million stake in New York’s Times Square’s Crowne Plaza hotel to investor Andrew Penson. Control of the land under the shuttered 795-room hotel, which is in default on its $330 million mortgage, has long been at issue.
