Miss. casino resort bought by Saratoga Springs, N.Y., firm

A Saratoga Springs, N.Y., company has agreed to add the Magnolia Bluffs Casino & Hotel in Natchez, Miss., to its portfolio with two other casino resorts. The Mississippi River acquisition, with its 141-room hotel, joins Saratoga Casino Holdings LLC’s properties in Saratoga Springs and Black Hawk, Colo.
