$275M development with hotel coming to Raleigh, N.C.

Construction is underway in Raleigh, N.C., on the 500,000-square-foot Raleigh Union Station Bus Facility, GoTriangle leaders announced. The $275 million project will be a multimodal, transit-oriented, mixed-use development with two high-rise buildings, 18,000 square feet of retail space, 200 hotel rooms and more than 400 apartments.
