Upcoming hotel in Glendale touted as Arizona’s largest

City officials say the beach resort hotel being built in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale will be the largest in Arizona at eight stories with more than 1,200 rooms along with a 7-acre lake. Arizona-based VAI Resort LLC bought the property recently and changed its name from Crystal Lagoons to VAI Resort.
