Bookings CEO upbeat with good news for Q1

The CEO of Booking Holdings waxed ebullient after the largest US online travel service reported first-quarter revenue surpassing analysts’ estimates. “Despite an uncertain macroeconomic environment, we have seen continued strengthening of global travel trends so far in the second quarter of 2022, and we are preparing for a busy summer travel season ahead,” Glenn Fogel said.
