Southwest’s Seattle crew wins sustainability honor

The Port of Seattle has awarded Southwest Airlines’ team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport its “Sustainable Century Aviation Award” for 2022. The award honors Southwest’s crew members for their efficient use of gate services while aircraft are parked resulting in significant fuel savings and emission reductions.
