Saudi prince to sell part of Kingdom Holding to royal fund

Saudi sovereign wealth fund The Public Investment Fund has agreed to buy 16.87% of Kingdom Holding Co. for approximately $1.51 billion from Saudi Prince Alwaleed. Alwaweed is a major shareholder in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and owns such notable assets as the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.
