NCL is making one last call for nominations and votes for educators for its “Giving Joy” campaign, which closes on June 3.

From May 2 to June 3, the annual Giving Joy campaign seeks to recognize and reward 100 deserving teachers across the United States and Canada with a free cruise and a chance to win up to $25,000 for their own schools.

The educators with the most votes will receive a free 5-day sailing on the new Norwegian Prima on October 27, where award-winning singer Kelly Clarkson will host an exclusive concert for the lucky one hundred.

The program has awarded 130 teachers with free cruises and has donated over $185,000 to schools across the U.S. and Canada since 2019. The top three grand prize winners this year will also receive a free 7-day sailing for two from the U.S. or Canada, along with $25,000, $15,000 and $10,000 for their schools.

“This campaign holds a special place in our hearts and with the incredible participation we are seeing, it is clear that it is just as important to many others,” said Harry Sommer, president and chief executive officer of Norwegian Cruise Line. “We are now in the final stretch of this year’s Norwegian’s Giving Joy contest, and we cannot wait to honor the next class of winners with a well-deserved vacation aboard our highly anticipated Norwegian Prima ship.”

The cruise line is calling for the final votes and nominations, which can be done through June 3 on NCL’s Giving Joy website.
