US airlines transport baby formula to the US
US carriers are supporting efforts to transport baby formula amidst the nationwide shortage. Delta Cargo will fly more than 3.2 million bottles of baby formula from London to the US as part of the Biden administration’s “Operation Fly Formula,” on flights to Boston and Detroit between June 20 and June 24. United Airlines is donating 3.7 million bottles and donated flights started arriving at Dulles International Airport last week. FedEx also delivered 1.6 million bottles from Germany to Dallas last week.
