Latest study affirms hospitality’s comeback

A new analysis from real estate research firm Marcus & Millichap finds full recovery imminent for the hotel industry despite continuing challenges of labor shortages and rising wages. Room rates have reached 3% of the all-time peak and occupancy stands 2,000 basis points above the pandemic low, the report says.
