As part of Inflight’s extensive presence at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg on 14-16 June, we will be running two exciting panel sessions at the CabinSpace Live theatre on Wednesday 15 June from 11:15 to 13:30. The two thought-provoking sessions include key industry figures discussing the latest developments in in-flight connectivity and entertainment.

The IFE session from 11:15 to 12:15 will explore how the IFE hardware is working harder: how can you design a collaborative experience between seatback and personal electronic devices to become more responsive to passenger needs, whether on a commercial or business aircraft?

The connectivity session from 12:30 to 13:30 looks into how passengers now wish to operate in the air the same way as at home. What do suppliers, airlines and biz jet operators need to do to offer a streamlined connectivity experience whilst on the move?

Our speakers for these two exciting sessions include Neale Faulkner, Inmarsat’s Regional Vice President EMEA-Aviation, Andrew Masson, Vice President, Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Finnair’s IFE Senior Designer Fang-yi Lee, Ben Griffin, VP Mobility at OneWeb, Corinne Streichert, Founder and CEO of IFECtiv, David Miller, CTO of Inflight Dublin, Aditya Chatterjee, SES Senior Vice President of Product Management, Aero and Richard Pilock, Vice President, Product Management at SmartSky Networks.

Polly Magraw, Event Director of Aircraft Interiors Expo is looking forward to this year’s CabinSpace LIVE: “Aircraft Interiors Expo brings the cabin interiors community together to share ideas and discuss the future challenges and trends in our sector and there is no better place to do that than at this year’s CabinSpace LIVE. We’re delighted to unveil such an interesting and thought-provoking range of speakers and subjects for this year’s seminar programme. We aim to always be at the cutting edge of the cabin interiors industry.”
