This Juneteenth, Hawaiian Airlines highlighted work from its Network for Black Employees and Allies employee resource group, which this year created Juneteenth reflection spaces to educate colleagues and empower Black employees. “Our Juneteenth celebrations were a potent example of the impact that strong allyship has toward creating intentional progress and more inclusive workplaces,” said Michael Harvey, senior manager of information technology and president of the group.
