Aviation industry hiring numbers are continuing to climb in 2022 with many airlines and other companies offering big incentives to compete for talent. airlines hired 5,526 pilots in the first five months of 2022, compared with 5,426 in all of 2021, Future and Active Pilot Advisors reported.
