Diversifying Sports Illustrated tees up $410M Miss. Resort

D’Iberville, Miss., has approved, with tax increment financing, a proposal for a $410 million complex on the Gulf Coast that would be part of a new portfolio of Sports Illustrated Resorts. The company’s foray into hospitality also includes forthcoming resorts in Orlando, Fla., and the Dominican Republic.
