Delisting fear said to spur casino firm to eye Macau move

The $2.5-billion Melco Resorts & Entertainment casino group is considering a move to Macau to avoid disclosing financial information to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The commission says about 200 Chinese and Hong Kong companies will forfeit their listing in New York if they don’t open their books, but Macau enjoys exemption from the order.
