Seattle’s downtown hotels are roaring back from the pandemic doldrums, with demand exceeding 90% of 2019 levels in June and July. “It went from devastating and dark, to reemerging this spring and summer, beyond a lot of people’s expectations,” said Hotel Andra owner Craig Schafer.
