$260M sale planned for Maryland casino resort

The Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, Md., will be sold for $260 million pending state regulators’ approval, owner Golden Entertainment Inc. announced Thursday. Century Casinos is buying the casino operations for $56.1 million and VICI Properties will pay the remainder for the land and buildings.
