Southwest takes special care of passenger’s T-Rex model

Southwest Airlines went above and beyond earlier this month to make sure that a young passenger’s large model dinosaur arrived safely at its destination, with ground crew loading it separately and posting pictures of the T-Rex to track its journey. The dino’s safe arrival in San Jose was greeted with relief and appreciation.
