Boeing tests new digital platform to improve taxi system

Boeing is looking to improve the taxiing system by testing new Taxi Time Information and Taxi Clearance digital programs, which could improve airport navigation as well as better predict fuel consumption during taxi times. The platform also creates a digital map of a pilot’s specific taxi route using data from Air Traffic Control.
