A Southwest Airlines first officer who posts as Almost Captain Morgan is gaining popularity on Instagram with videos offering insight into what happens behind the scenes in the cockpit and at airports. Morgan and the Federal Aviation Administration teamed up last week to show how the agency manages air traffic and where passengers can get up-to-date information on delays.
