Sources: UPS offers new pricing structure

UPS is giving air, ground and international customers the option to stick with their current pricing plan or switch to a single rate that eliminates the majority of delivery surcharges and only requires volume commitments for large clients, according to sources. UPS said, “We want our customers to have pricing options that match their needs.”
