Most Fla. airports resume full operations

Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers plans to reopen Oct. 5, although it and the airport in nearby Naples can operate only during daylight hours due to lighting damage from Hurricane Ian. Daytona Beach International Airport is handling only military and humanitarian aid flights, but Florida’s other airports are back to full operation.
