How Choice’s Ron Burgett got where he is

Ron Burgett had planned to become a doctor but shifted into business and followed the opportunities that have led him to Choice Hotels International, where he is senior vice president of extended-stay development. He got there by working his way through a number of chains, including Best Inns of America and Red Lion Hotels, and says Choice is the place that lets him find new ways to appeal to guests.
