Delta improves reliability into the fall

As demand for air travel has soared, Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian said the carrier has improved staffing to better serve passengers. In the past 60 days, Bastian said Delta flight completion factor has improved to 99.9% with on-time arrival at 90%. “We are metering the return of our capacity until we know that our team is ready to handle it,” Bastian noted.
